Zoundroom may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with free access for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). To activate the trial, you may be required to provide billing information.
If you start a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. On the final day of the Free Trial, unless you have canceled your subscription in advance, the corresponding fee for the selected plan will be automatically charged.
Zoundroom reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to (1) modify the terms of the Free Trial offer, or (2) suspend the Free Trial offer entirely.
Zoundroom reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make any material change, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance before the new terms come into effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at Zoundroom’s sole discretion.
Certain features of Zoundroom are offered through subscription plans (“Subscription(s)”), which are billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to the applicable billing cycle (“Billing Cycle”).
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless canceled in advance. You may manage or cancel the renewal through the app store from which the app was downloaded (Google Play or App Store), following their procedures.

User Content: As a user, you have the right to delete any personal content you have uploaded or created within the platform at any time, including recordings, notes, lyrics, reminders, and other generated material.
Confidentiality: We guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data and reserve the right to cancel your account without prior notice if your use of the app does not comply with our good use policies.
Full Deletion: You have the right to completely delete your account along with all its content at any time. To do so, please contact us.
